The Sultanate of Hazad — the campaign’s home. Eastern kingdom across the Circle Sea, seat of the Eastern Church, built on the bones of the Old Empire.

Overview
Founded 1430 when Hakim the Great unified the Hazadi tribes and conquered the old Imperial heartland. Ruled today by Sultan Fahim, one of the longest-reigning monarchs of his dynasty. The Sultan is both secular ruler and spiritual head of the Eastern Church.
Climate similar to Cardacci but drier (this world runs warmer in the north, colder in the south).
