Jailor at the Citadel of Gazra — keeper of the last two Owl knights anyone knows to be alive. (Whether he commands the fortress itself or only its prisoners is not established — reviewed with Aaron, 2026-08-16, and still open.)
What We Know
- Greeted the party at the Citadel on Ismad’s letter of introduction. (S6)
- Holds Visenne de Tarrand and Isabel d’Allais as noble hostages on parole — not as prisoners in the ordinary sense. They behave honorably and he treats them accordingly. (S6)
- Ismad has given him standing orders that the two may be released into the party’s custody if the party asks. As of the end of S6 they have not. (S6)
(Spelling: the notes give “Captain fakir” once and “Captain Faqir” once; the wiki uses Faqir. Flag if that’s backwards.)
